Empowering Athletes established in 2017 is a sports medicine clinic located in Pembroke MA. We have a holistic approach focusing on the active population, from those who like gentle movement to professional athletes and everything in between. We are healthcare providers that are trained and skilled in injury prevention, evaluations, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning all the way through to returning athletes to sports. As Certified Athletic Trainers we use a combination of manual therapies (myofascial, muscle energy, positional release, cupping, IASTM, Breath work), correcting movement patterns, mobility exercise, and strengthening to help clients be able to move and perform to their optimum potential.
